Will my lenses fit a different body?

Only with corrective optics

Fujifilm X sits 1.70mm further from the sensor than Nikon Z. An adapter can only add distance, never remove it, so infinity focus is impossible without corrective glass in the adapter — which costs sharpness and usually a stop of light.

Coverage & framing. The lens covers more than the sensor needs, so the body crops into the frame — roughly 1.5×. A 50mm frames like a 75mm would on Full frame.
