Only with corrective optics

Nikon 1 sits 0.16mm further from the sensor than DJI DL. An adapter can only add distance, never remove it, so infinity focus is impossible without corrective glass in the adapter — which costs sharpness and usually a stop of light.

Coverage & framing. The lens covers more than the sensor needs, so the body crops into the frame — roughly 2.7×. A 50mm frames like a 135mm would on Full frame.
