An affiliate link is a URL that contains a tracking code unique to GearFrame. When you click one and complete a purchase, the retailer records that the referral came from us and pays us a small commission — typically a percentage of the sale value.
GearFrame participates in the following affiliate programmes:
Where a retailer has no affiliate programme, we still link to them — we do not exclude retailers just because there's no commission involved.
Clicking an affiliate link never increases the price you pay. The commission comes from the retailer's margin, not from you. In fact, using GearFrame to find the lowest price and clicking through saves you money.
Affiliate relationships do not influence which products we list, how we rank them, or what prices we show. GearFrame aggregates pricing from all major UK retailers regardless of whether an affiliate programme exists. We never accept payment to feature or promote specific products.
GearFrame also displays ads served by Google AdSense. These are clearly separate from product listings and editorial content. Ad revenue, like affiliate commissions, supports the running costs of the site.
