The Atman shoulder rig in the ARRI-dovetail version with a two-axis resin shoulder pad, sold without the Universal BUD camera plate. It lifts off any ARRI standard dovetail and has height-adjustable 15 mm rod brackets at the front and back, with ARRI rosettes for grips.
