An aluminium camera riser and 15 mm rod baseplate for DSLRs and small camcorders, sold by Shape as the Paparazzi Riser. It lifts the camera by about 5 cm and comes with a pair of 8-inch 15 mm rods whose height can be adjusted by about 3.5 cm.
