A wooden side handle with an aluminium core that fixes to a cage or plate with two 1/4"-20 thumbscrews 18 mm apart. It can be moved to either side, adjusts 28 mm up and down, and has a cold shoe and a 1/4"-20 hole on top. It weighs about 185 g and is rated to 15 kg.
