The smallest and cheapest of Canon's dual-fisheye VR lenses, purpose-built as much for Apple's Spatial Video format (Vision Pro) as for conventional VR180 — Canon markets it explicitly alongside the EOS R50 V. Lighter and simpler than the RF-S 3.9mm at the cost of field of view and immersion; reviewers have questioned how wide its appeal really is outside dedicated spatial-video content.
