Fujifilm

Fujifilm XF 18mm f/2 R

One of the three launch lenses for the X-Pro1: a 27mm-equivalent f/2 pancake at just 116g. Small enough to leave on the camera for street and everyday shooting, with an aperture ring, but its DC-motor AF is slow and noisy next to newer XF primes, and corners are soft wide open.

📝 How suitability scores are calculated GearScore™ genre scores are calculated from this camera's verified specifications — autofocus, sensor, weight, weather sealing and more — weighted by what matters for each type of photography. Where a spec sheet misses something (e.g. a manual-focus rangefinder for street), we apply a documented editorial adjustment. Scores are not based on customer reviews. See our full methodology →
